Yes. All service providers on the Yardu platform go through a thorough vetting process before they can accept bookings. We verify identity and service history to ensure your safety.
If you're not satisfied, report the issue to Yardu within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate the claim and, at our discretion, facilitate resolution with the provider including potential refunds.
Pricing is based on the type of service and your property size. All prices are shown upfront in the app before you confirm. GST is included in your total and there are no hidden charges.
Yes! You can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring bookings directly in the Yardu app. Recurring bookings lock in your preferred provider and time slot.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure third-party payment processor. Payment is only processed after the service is confirmed complete.
